Welcome to the Network of Care for Seniors & People with Disabilities, provided by the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging. The Network of Care serves the counties of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain and Medina. The project is part of a broad effort by our community partners to improve and better coordinate long-term supports and services locally.

This comprehensive, Internet-based resource is for seniors and people with disabilities, as well as their caregivers and service providers.
